My "conversion" story
I don't like to really call it a conversion. I didn't change from one thing to another. It was more of a homecoming, an evolution of the soul. But, you be the judge.
His dad is retiring from his retirement posting (he was preaching and going in once a week) this month. Things have gotten to the point where he can't, in good conscience, ask his church to send their apportionment money to a hierarchy that's in conflict with Biblical values. (And no, he's still not totally cool with the whole Catholic thing.)
I really like your conversion story. So, both you and your husband converted--and his father was is a protestant minister? Interesting!
